We are looking for a Camera/Edit Intern starting February 2025 to help us capture and edit various video projects. From compact online content to impactful (mini) documentaries, you’ll be part of the creative process that brings our stories to life.
Preproduction & Planning
Assist in creating shot lists and production plans, contributing to the visual style of our projects.
Help organize necessary equipment and other logistical aspects.
Filming & Technical Support
Assist during shoot days as a (second) camera operator or provide support with lighting and audio setups.
Learn to work with different camera types, settings, and composition techniques, always with the goal of telling a powerful story.
Postproduction & Editing
Edit footage into compelling narratives, focusing on rhythm, timing, and atmosphere.
Experiment with music, sound design, and basic color grading to enhance the videos further.
Quality Control & Optimization
Review raw and edited footage for quality and consistency.
Ensure smooth rounds of revisions and a professional final product.
Storytelling Input
Collaborate with the team to translate video objectives into strong visual executions.
Brainstorm new formats or innovative editing ideas to amplify the impact of our stories.
A student in (audio)visual arts, film, media, or a related field (MBO/HBO/University).
Enthusiastic about cameras and editing: ideally, you already have some experience with film and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Technically skilled: you know how to set up equipment, what to focus on, and excel in a supportive role.
Detail-oriented: composition, lighting, color, and sound are essential to you.
Proactive & eager to learn: you enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team but can also work independently. You’re always open to new ideas and feedback.
Passionate about impact: you’re motivated by projects that make a positive contribution to society.
Impactful Productions: Work on videos and documentaries that truly resonate with people and inspire change.
Professional Guidance: Develop your filming and editing skills with experienced filmmakers, behavioral scientists, and creatives.
Room for Input: Bring your creative ideas—whether it’s new camera techniques or fresh editing styles.
Flexibility: Work on location, in our studio, or remotely, depending on the project and agreement.
