We zoeken per februari 2025 een camera/edit stagiair die ons wil helpen bij het vastleggen en monteren van diverse videoprojecten. Van compacte online content tot impactvolle (mini)documentaires: jij wordt onderdeel van het creatieve proces om onze verhalen tot leven te brengen.
Preproductie & planning
Je helpt bij het uitwerken van draaiboeken en shotlists, en denkt mee over de visuele stijl van onze projecten.
Je ondersteunt bij het organiseren van benodigde apparatuur en andere zaken.
Opnames & techniek
Je assisteert bij draaidagen, waarbij je een (2e) cameraman/-vrouw rol vervult of set-up support biedt (licht, geluid).
Je leert omgaan met verschillende cameratypes, instellingen en compositietechnieken, altijd met het oog op het vertellen van een krachtig verhaal.
Postproductie & editing
Je monteert beelden tot boeiende verhalen, waarbij ritme, timing en sfeer centraal staan.
Je experimenteert met muziek, sound design en basis color grading om de video’s nóg pakkender te maken.
Kwaliteitscontrole & optimalisatie
Je beoordeelt ruwe en gemonteerde beelden op kwaliteit en consistentie.
Je zorgt voor vlotte correctierondes en een professioneel eindresultaat.
Meedenken in storytelling
Samen met ons team vertaal je het doel van de video’s naar een sterke visuele uitvoering.
Je brainstormt over nieuwe formats of innovatieve montage-ideeën die de impact van onze verhalen versterken.
Student in (audio)visuele richting, film, media, of een aanverwante opleiding (mbo/hbo/wo).
Enthousiast over camera & montage: je hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring met film- en editingsoftware (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Technisch: je weet hoe je een set moet opbouwen, waar je op moet letten en bent goed in een assisterende functie.
Oog voor detail: compositie, licht, kleur en geluid zijn voor jou niet bijzaak, maar essentieel.
Proactief & leergierig: je werkt graag samen met een multidisciplinair team, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken. Daarnaast sta je altijd open voor nieuwe ideeën en feedback.
Affiniteit met impact: je krijgt energie van projecten die een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de maatschappij.
Impactvolle producties: Je werkt mee aan video’s en documentaires die mensen écht raken en aanzetten tot verandering.
Professionele begeleiding: Samen met ervaren videomakers, gedragswetenschappers en creatives ontwikkel je je film- en montageskills.
Ruimte voor eigen inbreng: Kom maar op met je creatieve ideeën—of het nu gaat om nieuwe cameratechnieken of een verfrissende editstijl.

We are looking for a Camera/Edit Intern starting February 2025 to help us capture and edit various video projects. From compact online content to impactful (mini) documentaries, you’ll be part of the creative process that brings our stories to life.
Preproduction & Planning
Assist in creating shot lists and production plans, contributing to the visual style of our projects.
Help organize necessary equipment and other logistical aspects.
Filming & Technical Support
Assist during shoot days as a (second) camera operator or provide support with lighting and audio setups.
Learn to work with different camera types, settings, and composition techniques, always with the goal of telling a powerful story.
Postproduction & Editing
Edit footage into compelling narratives, focusing on rhythm, timing, and atmosphere.
Experiment with music, sound design, and basic color grading to enhance the videos further.
Quality Control & Optimization
Review raw and edited footage for quality and consistency.
Ensure smooth rounds of revisions and a professional final product.
Storytelling Input
Collaborate with the team to translate video objectives into strong visual executions.
Brainstorm new formats or innovative editing ideas to amplify the impact of our stories.
A student in (audio)visual arts, film, media, or a related field (MBO/HBO/University).
Enthusiastic about cameras and editing: ideally, you already have some experience with film and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Technically skilled: you know how to set up equipment, what to focus on, and excel in a supportive role.
Detail-oriented: composition, lighting, color, and sound are essential to you.
Proactive & eager to learn: you enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team but can also work independently. You’re always open to new ideas and feedback.
