We are looking for a Creative Intern starting in February 2026 who is bursting with ideas, energized by concept development, and passionate about creatively shaping stories.
Concept Development & Brainstorming
Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, videos, and content that aim for societal impact.
Translate behavioral insights and audience research into creative concepts (e.g., a new campaign proposal or storyline).
Research for Behavioral Change
Assist in gathering and analyzing data about specific target groups: what drives them, what motivates them?
Collaborate with our team to translate research into practical (and inspiring) content.
Execution & Prototyping
Develop your concepts into outlines, scripts, scenarios, or pitch decks.
Basic editing skills (e.g., editing short videos) are a plus.
Production & Testing
Support the team in creating and testing content (e.g., recording interviews).
Gather feedback to refine and optimize concepts for behavioral impact.
A student in a (creative) program (MBO/HBO/University) such as Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Film/TV, Creative Business, or a similar field.
Conceptually strong: you enjoy coming up with new angles and creative strategies without needing to dive deep into design.
Interested in behavioral change: you’re fascinated by what moves people and how to weave that into storytelling.
Curious & analytical: you like delving into audiences, trends, or challenges and applying your findings practically.
Independent: you enjoy working with filmmakers, marketers, and behavioral scientists but can also work autonomously.
Basic editing skills (e.g., in Premiere or DaVinci) are a nice bonus but not required.
Impactful Projects: Contribute directly to campaigns that genuinely make a difference in society.
Room for Creativity: Your ideas and research could form the foundation of a new campaign or pilot.
Personal Guidance: Work with our multidisciplinary team (behavioral scientists, filmmakers, and storytellers) to develop your skills in concept and content creation.
Flexible Work Environment: Opportunities for (partially) remote work, depending on agreements.
